Each petal is a turquoise cabochon framed by a line of tiny zircons; the four leaves meet at a single centre stone. At 6.5 mm it reads as a small point of colour rather than a flower on the ear.
The stud sits flat on a 0.8 mm post with a butterfly back, so it stays in place under hair, headphones and a scarf.
