Shipping & payment
Shipping
Orders are packed in Jinhua and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment clears. We ship with tracked international couriers and choose the service by destination; the tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves.
Shipping is quoted for your address before any payment is taken. Place the order, and the quote arrives with the payment link — if it does not suit you, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
Payment
Online — secure payment link
After the order is placed we email a one-off payment link for card or PayPal, covering the pieces plus the shipping quote. This site never collects card numbers.
Offline — bank transfer (T/T)
Pay in USD or EUR to the company account at Bank of China, Jinhua branch, Jindong sub-branch. Use the order number as the transfer reference.

Alipay and WeChat Pay are available on request for customers who prefer them — write to sales@lielectric.cn and we will send a payment request.
If something is wrong
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and its packaging. If it arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, we will repair, replace or refund it.
